Brunei DPMM vs Harimau Muda

Brunei DPMM will have a great opportunity to pull away at the top of the table when they face a weakened Harimau Muda side on Saturday evening.

The current league leaders wasted an opportunity to do so before the international break when they lost to Balestier Khalsa.

That meant that things are looking tight at the top of the table, and only four points separate the top four teams.

Against Harimau Muda missing several key players, they will be no better opportunity for the Wasps to bounce back from disappoint to stretch their lead.

The Young Tigers have also lost four of their last five games, and in the first game of the season, they fell to a 3-1 defeat in Brunei.

Steve Kean, who was left frustrated by DPMM’s defeat, will no doubt remind his players about the possible consequences of slipping up once again.

The Brazilian striker was Harimau Muda’s chief tormentor in the first game of the season, as he notched a hat-trick.

Ramazotti currently leads the top-scorers chart, and there will be no doubt that the towering striker will look to add onto his tally against Harimau Muda.

Harimau Muda: Annas Rahmat

The centre-back has been ever-present and a standout perform for Harimau Muda so far this season.

Against a DPMM side that is not short on firepower, Annass will be key fort Razip Ismail’s men should they want to achieve a result.
