The fight for the 2014 Great Eastern-Yeo’s S.League title will be going down to the wire in one of the most exciting championship races the 19-year-old competition has ever seen.

With just one game left in the season, two clubs – Brunei DPMM FC and Warriors FC – are level on points atop the S.League with 50 points each.

However, the Bruneian side leads by virtue of a superior goal difference (+34 for Brunei DPMM versus +17 for Warriors).

“This year’s thrilling title race is a testament to the strength and competitiveness of the S.League,”
said Mr Lim Chin, Chief Executive Officer, S.League.

“Up until last week, four teams were still in the running to be crowned champions, which is something we have never seen before. I hope the fans will pack the stadiums tomorrow to witness first-hand just how exhilarating Singapore football can be.”

The final three matches of the 2014 S.League season will kick off at 7.30pm tomorrow.

The match between Tampines Rovers FC and Brunei DPMM FC will be telecast ‘live’ on MediaCorp OKTO, MediaCorp Toggle and StarHub Super Sports Arena Channel 205 at 7.15pm, brought to you by Singapore Pools.
