Four Singapore Premier League Matches at National Stadium in May and June
SINGAPORE, 15 MAY 2018: Four Singapore Premier League clubs will be playing at the National Stadium, Singapore Sports Hub this weekend to give the clubs greater exposure and the experience of playing at the iconic venue.
Both matches kick off at 8.30pm due to the month of Ramadan. Tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow, 16 May 2018.
Geylang International FC 19-year-old midfielder Danish Irfan said: “I’m looking forward to playing our first game at the National Stadium. It is not every day we get to play at the iconic venue and it is inspiring to be playing there. Morale is high after our last match and we will be looking to build on that to do well against Warriors this Sunday. I hope that our fans will come down to support us at the National Stadium.”
Singapore Sports Hub Chief Commercial Officer, Mr Adam Firth, said: “We are thrilled that football fans can witness our Singapore Premier League clubs compete in what will certainly be four riveting match-ups, right here at the National Stadium.
