Two Starhub League Cup Matches to be Rescheduled

SINGAPORE, 11 JULY 2014: Two StarHub League Cup matches have been rescheduled following the halting of yesterday’s match between Tampines Rovers and Warriors FC at the Clementi Stadium. The game did not proceed after match inspectors detected that a goalpost was faulty and posed a possible danger to the safety of the players.

We would like to remind fans who turned up at Clementi Stadium yesterday that they can produce their ticket stubs for re-entry to the rescheduled match between the same two teams. It will now take place tomorrow, Saturday 12 July 2014.

Once again, we would like to apologise to the fans and supporters who turned up at Clementi Stadium yesterday, and thank them for their continued support.

Details of the rescheduled matches are as follows:

1) Match No.6: Tampines Rovers FC vs Warriors FC (Group B)

Clementi Stadium, 8pm

Match to be played on Saturday, 12 July 2014

2) Match No.10: Warriors FC vs Geylang International FC (Group B)

Choa Chu Kang Stadium, 8pm

Match to be played on Tuesday, 15 July 2014
