SINGAPORE, 29 JANUARY 2021 – The Singapore Premier League’s (SPL) longest-serving sponsor, POLAR Mineral Water, have committed to continuing their partnership through to 2025.
The renewal of the sponsorship is worth around S$1.5 million and will see POLAR Mineral Water remain as the Official Mineral Water of the Singapore Premier League, Singapore Cup and the Football Association of Singapore (FAS). This will see POLAR supply close to half a million bottles of mineral water for each year until 2025.
The deal extends and reaffirms POLAR Mineral Water’s long-term commitment and support for the development of football in Singapore as it takes the SPL and FAS’ partnership with Field Catering & Supplies Pte Ltd, which distributes POLAR Mineral Water, to a total of 22 years since it began in 2003.

Field Catering & Supplies Pte Ltd Managing Director, Mr Chew Thye Chuan, said: “We are honoured to be able to sponsor the SPL and FAS again for another term. We are committed to give our utmost support to our local football teams and do our part for the local sports arena.”
FAS Director, Commercial & Marketing, Mr Jonathan Wong, said: “We are immensely grateful and appreciative of POLAR’s faithful and long-standing support of the SPL and FAS, and delighted to continue this partnership. This is especially heartening as business circumstances have become more challenging over the last year, and this extension only serves to further underline the excellent relationship both parties enjoy.
