Postponement of SPL fixture between DPMM and Albirex

SINGAPORE, 12 MARCH 2020 – In light of the current COVID-19 situation in Brunei Darussalam, the 2020 AIA Singapore Premier League (SPL) fixture between Brunei DPMM and Albirex Niigata (S) that was scheduled for Saturday, 14 March, has been postponed.

The Football Association of Singapore (S) was notified earlier today by Brunei DPMM that the game, which was to be played at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Bandar Seri Begawan, will be postponed to a later date.

The FAS will review all options before announcing the new date for this fixture.

The remaining three league games in Week 3 – Young Lions vs Balestier Khalsa and Tampines Rovers vs Tanjong Pagar United on Saturday, Hougang United vs Geylang International on Sunday, 15 March – will proceed as scheduled.
