SPL Matchweek 25 fixtures postponed

SINGAPORE, 14 SEPTEMBER 2022 – In light of the passing of Football Association of Singapore (FAS) President Mr. Lim Kia Tong, this weekend’s fixtures in the 2022 AIA Singapore Premier League (SPL) have been postponed as a mark of respect.

This will affect the four fixtures that were slated to be played as part of Matchweek 25, with two matches on Friday, 16 September and the other two on Saturday, 17 September.

All four matches have been rescheduled to be played on 21 and 22 October as Matchweek 28 – the final Matchweek of the 2022 season. Details are below:

The SPL will resume on the weekend starting 1 October, with Tanjong Pagar United taking on the Young Lions and Tampines Rovers facing Geylang International.
