Shah Shahiran & Brian Ferreira served with two match suspensions for violent conduct

WEDNESDAY, 19 APRIL 2023 – Tampines Rovers’s Shah Shahiran and Hougang United’s Brian Ferreira have each been served with a two-match suspension with immediate effect after being found guilty of violent conduct.

Video footage from the Singapore Premier League fixture between the two teams on 18 April 2023, showed that the two players were involved in an incident during a stoppage period.

The incident, which was missed by match officials, was subsequently reviewed by the Football Association of Singapore’s Referees’ Panel and the suspensions have been awarded to both players as a form of retrospective action.
