SINGAPORE, 23 JANUARY 2025 – The Singapore Premier League fixture between Brunei DPMM and Hougang United, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 26 February 2025 at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in Brunei, will now instead be played at the Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore. Kick-off time for the match will be moved to 7:45pm.
The venue change was made due to logistical challenges in accommodating broadcasting requirements for the match in Brunei. While every effort was made to align the SPL fixtures with local commitments, unforeseen scheduling demands for national and ceremonial events have limited the availability of resources for live broadcasts, with the match being relocated to ensure continuity in the competition schedule.
