Singapore Premier League Statement

The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) has been made aware of serious allegations of racial abuse from a section of fans that targeted a Tanjong Pagar player during the Singapore Premier League match between Geylang International and Tanjong Pagar United on Friday, 19 July 2024.

There is no place for abuse, racism or violence in any form in football and serious action will be taken against parties who are found guilty of such offences.

The FAS takes a serious view of the allegations. Formal investigations have commenced.
