2024/25 Singapore Premier League Match Week 16: Preview

SINGAPORE, 11 SEPTEMBER 2024 – The Singapore Premier League (SPL) returns for match week 16 after the recent FIFA international break, featuring a lineup of intriguing matches as the action for September kicks off.

The match week begins with the rescheduled fixture between Brunei DPMM and Balestier Khalsa that is set to take place at the Jalan Besar Stadium on Friday evening.

The top two teams in the league get set to feature on Saturday as league leaders BG Tampines Rovers take on Young Lions at Jalan Besar Stadium while second placed Lion City Sailors travel to Jurong East Stadium to face a Tanjong Pagar United side who have a new man at the helm in Hyrizan Jufri.

The final fixture of the match week takes place on Sunday evening as Geylang International clash with Albirex Niigata (S) at the Jalan Besar Stadium.
