Home United midfielder Azhar Sairudin has been named S.League Player Of The Month presented by VOXSPORTS for the month of August.
Azhar’s form was a huge factor in Home remaining unbeaten during the month of August, where they won two games and drew the other two.
Apart from being an authoritative figure in the middle of the pitch for Home, Azhar also chipped in up front with two goals in those four games.
One of the goals came against Balestier Khalsa, and it proved especially important as it helped the Protectors to come back from a one-goal deficit to draw with the Tigers 1-1. His other goal was the opener in a 2-0 victory over Courts Young Lions.
